1. Service Overview
COMMANDO SIEM provides real-time security information and event management services including log analysis, threat detection, and incident response capabilities.
2. Data Handling
Log Data Ownership
Customers retain full ownership of all security event data processed through our SIEM platform
Retention Policy
Raw log data is retained for 90 days. Metadata and threat indicators are stored indefinitely for pattern analysis
3. Acceptable Use
Our SIEM platform may not be used for:
- Monitoring third-party systems without authorization
- Processing data in violation of GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS
- Reverse-engineering threat detection algorithms
